This Friday, January 27, 2012, Chapman Law Review is holding an all day symposium on "The 40th Anniversary of Watergate: A Commemoration of the Rule of Law." There will be a webcast of the symposium on Chapman's website, http://www.chapman.edu/law/ (I will also be one of the presenters).
Thanks for letting us know about this event and webcast (at our daughter's alma mater). It just so happens that the Vietnam War, the civil rights, and Watergate were the three defining moments from my youth that have deeply affected my worldview.

As many of our readers know, the Watergate affair was a direct cause of the ABA's requirement that law schools teach professional responsibility.
