ABA Journal: Citi Private Bank has the list (but I guess it's not public). Citi Bank has the best data on big firms and they run a lot of comparative and bench-marking reports.

Dan DiPietro is as irresponsible as he is self-important. How in the world can you justify statements such as these--especially when they are based on your clients' data? His claims are unverifiable and serve no purpose except self-promotion.
