Main Justice. I've never directly practiced there, but over the years I've heard more complaints about the immigration system as a whole (judges; lawyers; non-lawyers; process; outcome) than about any other part of our legal system.

I practice immigration law in dc area and while I do agree that the system needs improvement, but overall there are a lot more cases due to the increase of the enforcement by ICE. The increase of staff of 13%, as quoted in the report, clearly would not be able to meet the influx of the cases. More resources are needed in the immigration court system before one can truly access whether the system is running efficiently.
