Steve Gillers' post (just below this one) and the linked article would make great reading in every PR class and would make for a useful lunch presentation at litigation firms. From time to time we hear about claims that a party falsified documents or offered false testimony, followed by abrupt withdrawals of counsel. We don't often get to see the sort of letter the Kasowitz firm wrote to Ceglia's counsel.
