Dave McGowan posted previously about the idea and now Dean Daniel Rodriguez and Samuel Estreicher have floated the idea in an op-ed. I'm in favor of trying the proposal. At a minimum, it would force law schools to be more responsive to the other stakeholders (e.g., students, alums, clients, firms, judges) in terms of curriculum.
An excellent idea, for all of the reasons stated in by these commentators.
