Gillers on Alito and Vanguard

Stephen Gillers has written a letter to Senator Kennedy regarding Judge Alito and Vanguard. The letter quotes some language from Vanguard's appellate disclosure statement, and focuses on the parent/subsidiary opinion I mentioned in my original post.
