You may recall that the chief prosecutor in Guantanamo, Col. Morris Davis, publicly criticized the military lawyer (Maj Mori) detailed to defend the Australian detainee, David Matthew Hicks. The defense has struck back with the motion below, alleging that Col Davis committed prosecutorial misconduct in making those remarks.
