I'd like to be the first to welcome our newest co-blogger, Prof. Alice Woolley of the University of Calgary. Alice writes on legal ethics from the perspective of the law governing lawyers, and economic, regulatory, and moral theory. She's the author of a ton of articles in leading Canadian law reviews on both legal ethics and energy regulation and policy (an area in which she practiced for seven years before becoming an academic), and is the lead editor of forthcoming casebook on legal ethics in Canada. She has an LL.B. from the University of Toronto and an LL.M. from Yale, so we welcome her cross-border as well as her interdisciplinary perspective on legal ethics.
