Last week, the DOJ indicated that it planned to make important changes to the infamous McNulty memo. This week, the chair of the ABA's Task Force on the Attorney Client Privilege, R. William Ide III, said that the changes are insufficient and that legislation is still necessary to ensure adequate protection for the privilege. Stay tuned for the show down.
