Cal Supremes ponder arbitration of client claims

Thursday, the California Supremes hear an important case: can law firms enforce binding arbitration that follows the mandatory non-binding fee arbitration process?  The larger law firms have filed amicus briefs in support of binding arbitration agreements.  Opponents say that clients are out-gunned by the lawyers.  I'll try to report back after oral arguments.
