Wilmer Hale and District Judge in Fee Tussle

The article is here.  I'm not familiar with this other than the article, but it seems sort of unfair criticism -- boiling the value of legal services down to "how much per page a brief cost" for example, seems a bit extreme to me.  On the other hand, a judge in fee shifting needs to exercise good judgment and require solid proof to avoid windfalls.  The judge viewed the case as a reason to end the billable hour.
