We are delighted that Roy Simon has agreed to join us as a co-blogger. Roy is the Howard Lichtenstein Distinguished Professor of Legal Ethics at Hofstra Law School and is the director of Hofstra's Institute for the Study of Legal Ethics. In addition to his many scholarly accomplishments, Roy was recently the vice chair and reporter for the New York State Bar Association's Committee on Standards of Attorney Conduct ("COSAC"), which played a key role in bringing the Model Rules framework to New York. On top of it all, Roy has a nose for great legal ethics stories, as you can see from his first post below.
