Jonathan Simon, at Prawfsblawg, has news of Bruce Winick's passing. Winick was a founding figure in the therapeutic justice (TJ) movement. Here is the site for the International Network on Therapeutic Justice -- which offered a practical alternative and theoretical rival to adversarial justice. We had a discussion about it here.
