- Newberg Graphic (Ore.): The Oregon State Bar dropped ethics charges against Judge Tichenor for his actions as a prosecutor.
- WCCO (Minn.): Minnesota lawyer agrees to disbarment. "The complaint alleges the [lawyer] set up appointments for prostitutes with men he claimed were safe and could pay well." So, it seems that the disbarment was for solicitation.
- Gribow v. Burns, an unpublished California Court of Appeal decision, enforces the anti-SLAPP statute and tosses claims by a law firm against lawyers who had departed and were taking clients with them. It's an interesting use of the anti-SLAPP defenses.
