Brad asked below about the canonical cases for PR. In the comments, Jeremy Feinberg suggests a new case, In re Reynolds, 762 N.W.2d 341 (2009). In general, I'm more oriented toward the problem approach to teaching ethics, but I can recommend e2Interactive, Inc. v. Blackhawk Network, Inc., 2010 WL 1981640 (W.D. Wis. 2010), which is great for exploring client identity in the corporate affilate context and for looking at how corporate clients and law firms handle these issues through written agreements.
Do any of our readers have other suggestions of new cases well suited for PR class?
