Bloomberg news story here. Opinion is in two pieces below. I haven't had time to carefully read it and digest it, but this is one of those non-class aggreagate litigiaton cases where the clients alleged that their law firm sold them out. We've previously discussed this case and a similar case in Colorado. The appellate court re-instated the clients' claims agasint the firm. Big news.
