ABA Journal carries news of this suit by 3M against a lawyer-PR-agent for conspiracy with his client. I always find these cases interesting, because they help define what counts as legitimate lawyering and they illustrate the kinds of immunity lawyers can get for behavior that would create liability for non-lawyers.
