This news has been covered in lots of places, but given that we've been commenting on law schools "juking the stats" for a long time, I wanted to link to this WSJ Law Blog account of a big development. An ex-employee of Thomas Jefferson Law School has offered a declaration stating that she was instructed by TJLS to falify data about the grads' employment outcomes. (We already knew that Illinois and Villanova had lied.) We'll know within a week or so what TJLS says about the claim.
