Legal Times carries the story of a motion to disqualify Williams & Connolly in a business dispute between the son of famed W&C attorney Brendan ("I am not a potted plant") Sullivan and the son's business partner. The business partner claims that W&C -- which handles some of the nation's biggest claims against lawyers -- had represented both business partners and the business itself. The allegations in the motion remind me of Murphy & Demory, Ltd. v. Murphy. (h/t: Jan Jacobowitz)
