News from the Electronic Frontier Foundation. The situation with the ABA Model Rules may be different, because as I understand it the fire codes are automatically adopted as a whole by the various states. (Disclaimer: I have lots of ties with the lawyers on the EFF side.)
From time to time, we ask this question, but which state's enactment of the Model Rules is closest to the ABA version? If memory serves, it's the Delaware version, which, being law, cannot be copyrighted, as I understand it.
