Blog of the Legal Times and Seeking Justice both suggest that the DC Bar should have more severely disciplined Stephen Snyder, a former AUSA, for his behavior prosecuting a matter in the DC Superior Court. The informal admonition (at the BLT site) lays out the narrative of one of Snyder's acts -- his non-disclosure of Brady material. Read it and see if you think that particular conduct warranted severe discipline.
