Manhattan Contrarian has news of the long-running litigation in federal courts in New York to collect on the debts of Argentina, and embeds this interesting clip from earlier this year when Argentina's lawyer politely informed the Second Circuit that the client will not voluntarily obey orders of the court. You don't often see fact patterns that invoke MR 3.4(c).
