Lots of commentary about the new stats, which show a continuing decline in enrollment. TaxProf, Excess of Democracy, Tuition Bubble, Lawyers, Guns & Money and others are dissecting the news. Given the huge upsurge in the number of law schools, we now have the smallest number of students per law school in 45 years! That's a lot of salaries and overhead going to teach the same number of students we had some time ago.
