I don't know much about the Project on Government Oversight, but they havbe released a report (below) on the discipline of government lawyers. A couple of issues that strike me : (1) should the DOJ be the body to discipline DOJ lawyers?; and (2) should the names of disciplined DOJ lawyers be shielded from public scrutiny?
