In a nutshell, my take is that LegalZoom should be permitted to continue its work, but with some modest regulatory oversight, much as Stephen Gillers suggested in his comment to one of Milan's earlier posts and as Deborah Rhode suggests in the ABA Journal article and in a Fordham Law Review article she recently co-authored with Lucy Buford Ricca (see page 2607-08).
